I have spent over a decade leading and growing businesses across hospitality, events, destination venues, members’ clubs and rural estates. As Managing Director of a leading destination farm, I experienced first-hand the opportunities and challenges of diversifying a rural business. I have also helped develop corporate retreats and wellness experiences across multiple rural estates, alongside growing revenue across multi-million-pound hospitality businesses. My approach is practical and commercially focused understanding what you have, identifying where the demand is, and creating a strategy to generate sustainable revenue without losing what makes your business unique.
