Mr Trotter’s

Mr Trotter’s was born in 1991 using a revolutionary triple-cooking technique to create the ultimate pork scratchings. This added flavour, texture and variety to that iconic British snack, transforming the more ‘scratching’ into a crunchier, porkier ‘pork crackling’.

Our hero pig’s range now includes four Pork Cracklings – Original, English Mustard, Salt & Vinegar and Jalapeno Chill; a featherlight pork Crunch – like a prawn cracker with attitude; two single serve sau salamis; pork scratching flavoured crisps; and a range of gifts.
